What is the deposit for the Wedding package?

The deposit for the package is 22% - 25% of the bridal package rate.  This will cover the deposit for the venue and the event planning services.

Question 2

Is it an additional charge if my wedding date is on the weekend?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is typically an additional charge for weekend weddings. However, we have partnered with the venue to assess if an additional charge will be incurred based on our business relationship with them. Please note that our package includes the rate for weddings held from Monday to Thursday.

Question 3

Will we be able to tour the wedding venue?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  Kingdom Events LLC will be doing monthly bi-weekly tours of the venue.  As you sign up, we will provide the opportunity for you to select a date to tour the venue with us.

Question 4

What are the total number of wedding hours that are included in the package?

Accepted Answer

The package includes a total of 7 hours. This time is allocated as follows:
1.5 hours for setup
30 minutes for the ceremony
4 hours for the reception
1 hour for cleanup and breakdown

Question 5

May I add additional hours to my wedding day?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you may add additional hours to your wedding day. The additional hourly rate is $200 per hour.

Question 6

If I have some of the wedding vendors booked, how will Kingdom Events accommodate the package rate?

Accepted Answer

If you already have certain vendors booked, such as a caterer or a photographer, Kingdom Events LLC will reallocate the budgeted amount for those vendors to other areas of your wedding. This will allow you to book other à la carte services provided by Kingdom Events LLC, ensuring you still get the full value of your package and the wedding of your dreams.

What technology services are being included?

Currently, technology services are not included in the bridal package. However, the venue will provide audio equipment (microphones, speakers, etc.), stage lighting, and TVs for video presentations. The additional charges for these services are as follows: audio ($250), wireless mic ($225), lighting ($250), and video presentation ($250).

Is there a payment schedule required?

Accepted Answer

No.  A payment schedule is not required, however, we ask that monthly payments of 10-20% of the remaining balance is made, so that we may continue meeting the required payments from the wedding vendors.  Additional information will be provided in the wedding contract.
